多西他赛顺铂药物化疗联合同步放疗应用于头颈部鳞癌中综合护理体会 　　【摘要】 目的：通过多西他赛、顺铂药物化疗联合同步放疗应用于头颈部鳞癌中的综合护理体会，总结多西他赛、顺铂药物化疗和同步放疗的毒副作用和护理措施，用以减轻放疗和化疗副反应，减轻治疗带来的伤害，提高头颈部鳞癌患者的生存率。方法：选取48例头颈部鳞癌患者，均给予多西他赛、顺铂药物化疗和同步放疗的治疗方案，所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各24例，对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行综合护理干预。结果：综合护理干预的观察组患者在胃肠道、皮肤、口腔黏膜反应等产生的毒副作用明显优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：头颈部鳞癌进行多西他赛、顺铂药物化疗和同步放疗治疗时，给予综合护理干预，可以明显减轻胃肠道、皮肤、口腔黏膜反应，减轻患者治疗带来痛苦，降低危害，改善肿瘤患者的生活质量，从而延长生存期。 　　【关键词】 多西他赛； 顺铂； 综合护理 　　The Comprehensive Nursing Experience of Docetaxel and Cisplatin Chemotherapy Drug Combination with Synchronous Radiation Used in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinomas/DING Yan-hong，TAN Wen-yong，WEI Hai-ling，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（22）：068-070 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To reduce the radiation and chemotherapy side effects， reduce the injury of the treatment， improve the survival rates of patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinomas，through Docetaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy drug in combination with synchronous radiation used in head and neck squamous cell carcinomas of the comprehensive nursing experience，summed up Docetaxel，cisplatin chemotherapy drug and synchronization of the side effects of radiation therapy and nursing measures.Method：48 patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinomas were given Docetaxel，cisplatin chemotherapy drug and synchronous radiation treatment，they were randomly divided into control group and observation group，24 cases in each group，the control group was given routine nursing care，observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Result：After comprehensive nursing，the side effects of gastrointestinal，skin and oral mucosa reaction in obsenvation group were better than that of control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Docetaxel，cisplatin chemotherapy drug and synchronous radiation treatment on the head and neck squamous cell carcinomas， comprehensive nursing intervention，can significantly reduce the gastrointestinal，skin and oral mucosa reaction
