外固定支架治疗Cooney Ⅳ型桡骨远端骨折临床应用 　　[摘要] 目的 通过对CooneyⅣ型桡骨远端骨折使用外固定支架进行治疗，观察其骨折复位及后期功能恢复情况，并分别与石膏固定组和内固定组进行对比研究，分析其治疗效果，从而指导桡骨远端骨折的临床治疗。 方法 2016年1～10月，选择我院CooneyⅣ型桡骨远端骨折患者36例，随机分为三组（石膏固定组、外固定架组、钢板内固定组），各12例。治疗6个月后根据Gartland和Werley腕关节评分标准比较各组治疗后腕关节功能恢复情况，并进行评分。 结果 外固定架组与石膏固定组腕关节功能评分比较，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05），表明外固定架组疗效与钢板内固定组疗效无明显差异。 结论 外固定支架透视辅助下复位骨折，不切开和暴露骨折端，操作简便，固定可靠，术后6～8周即可拆除外固定架，可早期?M行功能锻炼，无需二次手术，关节功能恢复满意，值得临床广泛推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 外固定；桡骨远端；骨折；CooneyⅣ；支架 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）18-0066-03 　　Clinical application of external fixation in the treatment of Cooney IV distal radius fractures 　　XU Zuwang 　　No. 2 Department of Orthopedics， Jiujiang Hospital of TCM in Jiangxi Province， Jiujiang 332000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To carry out the treatment of Cooney Ⅳ distal radius fractures by using external fixation， observe the fracture reduction and late functional recovery， carry out the comparative study between the plaster fixation group and internal fixation group， and analyze the therapeutic effect， so as to guide the clinical treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods A total of 36 patients with Coroney Ⅳ distal radius fractures from January to October 2016 were selected in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into three groups， with 12 cases in each group （plaster fixation group， external fixation group， plate internal fixation group）. After 6 months of treatment， according to the Gartland and Werley wrist score， the recovery of wrist function was compared among the groups after the treatment， and the recovery was scored. Results There was a very significant difference in the score of wrist function between the external fixation stent group and the plaster fixation group（P0.05）. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the curative effect between the external fixation group and the plate internal fixation group.
