奥曲肽对急性胰腺炎患者肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素表达影响探究 　　【摘要】 目的：探究与观察奥曲肽对急性胰腺炎患者肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素表达的影响。方法：选取2016年6月-2017年6月期间本院收治的100例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例。对照组行常规急性胰腺炎治疗，观察组则在对照组基础上加用奥曲肽。比较两组患者治疗前后肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素表达情况。结果：治疗前两组肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素指标表达比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后观察组肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素指标表达均显著改善，且检测结果显著优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：奥曲肽对急性胰腺炎患者肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素表达的影响相对更好，因此奥曲肽在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用价值较高。 　　【关键词】 奥曲肽； 急性胰腺炎； 肠黏膜屏障； 胃肠激素表达 　　Investigation The Influence of Octreotide for The Expression of Intestinal Mucosal Barrier and Gastrointestinal Hormones of Acute Pancreatitis Patients/LIN Qiuli.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15（07）：028-031 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and observe the influence of Octreotide for the expression of intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones of acute pancreatitis patients.Method：A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected，they were divided into control group and observation group according to table of random numbers，50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment of acute pancreatitis，the observation group was treated with Octreotide on the base of control group.The expression of intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones of before and after the treatment were compared between two groups.Result：The intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones indexes before the treatment were no significant differences between two groups（P0.05）；the expression of ntestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones indexes in the observation group after the treatment were all significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The influence of Octreotide for the expression of intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones of patients with acute pancreatitis are relatively better，and the application value of octreotide in the patients with acute pancreatitis is higher. 　　【Key w
