妊娠期抑郁情绪心理疏导对促进孕妇自然分娩效果研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨妊娠期抑郁情绪心理疏导对促进孕妇自然分娩的效果研究。方法：选取2012年2月-2013年10月在本院妇产科住院分娩的孕妇256例，随机分为干预组（n=132）和对照组（n=124），两组孕妇均给予常规护理，干预组孕妇在常规护理的基础上实施心理疏导护理干预。比较两组孕妇分娩方式、自然分娩总产程、产后出血和新生儿窒息的发生率。结果：两组孕妇自然分娩率分别为61.36%和55.65%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；干预组孕妇产后出血量和自然分娩总产程均明显低于对照组（P0.05）；两组新生儿窒息的发生率分别为1.52%和2.42%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：心理疏导干预可有效提高自然分娩率，缩短自然分娩产程、减少产后出血和新生儿窒息，对母婴生命质量的改善具有积极意义。 　　【关键词】 心理疏导； 自然分娩； 母婴 　　Effect of Pregnancy Depression Psychological Counseling to Promote the Natural Childbirth of Pregnant Women/HE Ru-bi，HU Hai-bin，LIANG Yan-xia.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（18）：111-113 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss effect of pregnancy depression psychological counseling to promote the natural childbirth of pregnant women.Method： 96 cases of pregnant women from obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital between February 2012 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into interventional group （n=132） and control group （n=124）.All pregnant women were given conventional care，and the interventional group was added psychological nursing intervention.The delivery mode，natural delivery process，postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate were compared.Result：The rate of natural childbirth of the two groups were 61.36% and 55.65%，with statistically significant difference between the groups（P0.05）；the natural delivery process and postpartum hemorrhage of the interventional group were lower than the control group（P0.05）；the incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia of the two groups were 1.52% and 2.42%，with statistically significant difference between the groups （P0.05）.Conclusion：The psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the natural delivery rate，shorten the natural childbirth birth process， reduce postpartum bleeding and neonatal asphyxia，with a positive significance to the improvement of the quality of life of mother and infant. 　　【Key words】 Psychological counseling； Natural childbirth； Mother and infant 　　Fir
