妊娠期糖尿病孕妇晚期不同血糖指标异常监测临床价值研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析妊娠期糖尿病孕妇晚期不同血糖指标异常监测的临床价值。方法 选取该院2015年3月―2017年3月收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇100例作为研究对象，根据孕妇血糖控制程度分为两组，即研究1组、研究2?M；另外选取同时间段来诊检查的正常孕妇50名作为对照组；比较分析3组患者的妊娠结局及新生儿结局。 结果 对照组患者妊娠结局及新生儿结局与研究1组对比，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；而研究2组妊娠结局及新生儿结局不良均高于对照组以及研究1组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 妊娠期糖尿病孕妇晚期不同血糖指标异常会对妊娠结局及新生儿结局造成极大影响，因此临床应结合患者血糖指标给予对症治疗，通过有效控制血糖指标从而改善母婴结局。 　　[关键词] 妊娠期糖尿病；血糖指标异常；母婴结局 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）07（b）-0029-03 　　Research on Clinical Value of Abnormal Monitoring of Different Blood Glucose Indexes of Pregnant Women with Advanced Gestational Diabetes 　　ZHAI Xiao-ling 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics， Lanshan District People’s Hospital， Linyi， Shandong Province， 276000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the clinical value of abnormal monitoring of different blood glucose indexes of pregnant women with advanced gestational diabetes. Methods 100 cases of gestational diabetes pregnant women from March 2015 to March 2013 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the blood glucose control degree， and 50 cases of normal pregnant women diagnosed at the same period were selected as the control group， and the gestational outcome and outcome of newborns were compared among the three groups. Results There were no obvious differences in the gestational outcome and outcomes of newborns between the control group and research 1 group（P0.05）， but the adverse gestational outcome and outcome of newborns in the research 2 group were higher than those in the control group and research 1 group， and the differences were obvious（P0.05）.
