孟鲁司特钠用于上呼吸道感染后出现咳嗽症状患儿临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠用于上呼吸道感染后出现咳嗽症状患儿的临床疗效。 方法 选择该院2012年9月―2014年9月上呼吸道感染后咳嗽不止的患儿186例，采用隐匿数字随机法分为两组，对照组93例给予镇咳祛痰药物，观察组在上述治疗的同时加服孟鲁司特钠，动态观察症状改善情况，并评价疗效。结果 治疗后6 d、9 d两组咳嗽评分明显低于治疗前（P0.05），观察组咳嗽评分降低幅度明显大于对照组（P0.05）。观察组总有效率92.47%，明显高于对照组（P0.05）。观察组平均咳嗽缓解时间、平均治疗时间短于对照组，9 d症状改善率高于对照组，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 镇咳祛痰药物治疗的同时辅以孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿上呼吸道感染后咳嗽，可明显缩短咳嗽时间和疗程，症状改善明显，有临床应用价值。 　　[关键词] 孟鲁司特钠；上呼吸道感染后；咳嗽；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R56 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）01（a）-0103-03 　　Analysis of the clinical efficacy in children with cough symptoms appear montelukast sodium used for upper respiratory tract infection 　　YANG Haijuan LIANG Zhongxin CAO Sufen CHEN Xia 　　The Pediatrics in the People’s Hospitai of Langfang ，Hebei Province，065000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective Clinical curative effect in children with cough symptoms appear observation of montelukast sodium used for upper respiratory tract infection.
