完全腹腔镜下左肝外叶切除术手术室护理配合分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨完全腹腔镜下左肝外叶切除术的手术室护理配合效果。方法 选取2016年1月15日～2017年1月24日我院完全腹腔镜下左肝外叶切除术患者120例，随机分为两组，各60例。对照组患者实施常规护理配合，观察组患者实施手术室护理配合，将两组患者住院时间、排气时间、下床活动时间、并发症发生率进行对比。结果 观察组患者护理后的住院时间[（12.51±2.12）d]、排气时间[（40.15±5.16）h]、下床活动时间[（28.10±8.15）h]均短于对照组[（17.45±4.15）d、（78.35±6.65）h、（49.05±8.26）h]，并发症发生率（3.33%）低于对照组（18.33%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在完全腹腔镜下左肝外叶切除术患者手术过程中实施手术室护理配合具有显著效果，能缩短患者的住院时间、排气时间、下床活动时间，减少相关并发症，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词]左肝外叶切除术；完全腹腔镜；手术室护理配合 　　[中图分类号] R472.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）06（c）-0175-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the efficacy of operating room nursing cooperation in patients undergoing total laparoscopic left hepatic lobectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing total laparoscopic left hepatic lobectomy in our hospital from from January 15th 2016 to January 24th 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups，with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care，while the patients in the observation group were given operating room nursing cooperation.The hospitalization time， the exhaust time，the time of getting out of bed and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time，the exhaust time，the time of getting out of bed in the observation group [（12.51±2.12） d，（40.15±5.16） h，（28.10±8.15） h] were shorter than those in the control group [（17.45±4.15） d，（78.35±6.65） h，（49.05±8.26） h]，the incidence of complications （3.33%） was lower than that in the control group （18.33%），and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of operating room nursing cooperation in patients undergoing total laparoscopic left hepatic lobectomy is significant，which can shorten the hospital stay，exhaust time and the time of getting out of bed and can decrease the incidence of complications，it is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words]Left hepatic lobectomy；Total laparoscopic；Operating room nursing cooperation
