宫颈脱落细胞学检查结合阴道镜检查对于宫颈上皮内瘤变诊断价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析宫颈上皮内瘤变患者采用宫颈脱落细胞学检查结合阴道镜检查的临床诊断价值。方法 方便选取2013年1月―2016年12月期间在该院就诊的51例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者，作为观察组，采用宫颈脱落细胞学检查、HPV以及阴道镜检查，选取同期51例患者，作为对照组，采用宫颈脱落细胞学，以组织病理学检查结果为标准，对比两组检查诊断阳性符合率。结果 此次组织病理学检查结果表明，CIN1 67例，CINII 26例，CINIII 6例，宫颈癌3例，宫颈脱落细胞学诊断阳性61例，诊断符合率为59.8%，对照组31例诊断阳性，观察组48例诊断阳性，观察组诊断符合率92.31%显著高于对照组59.62%（χ2=6.412，P0.05）。结论 宫颈上皮内瘤变采用宫颈脱落细胞学检查结合HPV、阴道镜检查诊断的临床应用价值较高，可有效提高疾病早期诊断率，有利于早期防治宫颈癌。 　　[关键词] 宫颈上皮内瘤变；宫颈脱落细胞学检查；阴道镜检查；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R711 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）11（a）-0036-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the value of cervical exfoliated cytology examination and colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods 51 cases of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were convenient selected as the observation group， examined by cervical exfoliated cytology， HPV and colposcopy， while 51 cases of patients at the same period were selected as the control group， and the diagnosis positive coincidence rate of the two groups was compared according to the histopathology examination results. Results The histopathological examination showed that 67 cases of CIN1， 26 cases of CINII， 6 cases of CINIII， 3 cases of cervical cancer， 61 cases of cervical cytology diagnosis， the diagnostic rate was 59.8%， the control group of 31 cases of positive ， The observation group was diagnosed in 48 cases， the observation group was 92.31% higher than the control group 59.62% （χ2=6.412，P0.05）.
