安普贴膏剂在下肢静脉溃疡创面治疗中应用 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨安普贴膏剂在下肢静脉溃疡创面处理中的疗效。方法 56例（59处溃疡创面）下肢静脉溃疡患者， 以随机分组的方式分为对照组（31处溃疡创面）和观察组（28处溃疡创面）， 各28例。两组均采用碘伏、生理盐水清理创面， 并配合磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶敷料（优拓SSD）及局部梯度压力进行治疗。在此基础上， 对照组患者采用传统凡士林油纱处理创面， 观察组患者涂抹安普贴膏剂处理创面。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率96.43%明显高于对照组的77.42%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组肉芽组织新生时间、创面愈合时间分别为（5.49±2.18）、（23.65±11.07）d， 短于对照组的（15.47±4.28）、（48.12±9.57）d， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 与单纯采用传统凡士林油纱处理相比， 应用安普贴膏剂可促进下肢静脉溃疡创面的愈合。 　　【关键词】 安普贴膏剂；下肢静脉溃疡；疗效 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.36.058 　　Application of Anpu plaster in the treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremity ZHAO Li-ying， LI Jing， LI Yan-jie.
