Abstract
After more than 20 years of development and growth , Chinas private enterprises have become an important component of Chinas economic system. In the meantime its short life cycle caused widespread concern. Statistics show that Chinas private enterprises’ life expectancy is 2~3 years in the average. A major cause is that some problems exist in human resource management motivation mechanism which has resulted in wastage, then the loss of foundation for further development of enterprises.
TR Technology Company has been developing under the support of national economic policies on developing high-tech companies in a healthy and rapid way. At different stages in their development, the enterprises meet different human resources problems, such as low attendance, low morale and the mobility of the staff as well as unavailable decision-making and enforcement. Some problems are even affecting the survival of the enterprise. For this reason, TR Private Technology Company established and improved the salary system, and redesigned the performance appraisal system. It also enhanced the management of human resources management with embodying the important role of incentive mechanism in human resources management.
In this paper, our study concentrate on salary theory and performance appraisal management theory, meanwhile, we also summarize current adaptation of these theories in the different kinds of enterprises. Secondly, we redesign the salary system and performance appraisal management system which is aimed at the achievement of enterprise strategic goals on the practical analysis of current conditions in the process of staff motivation in TR technology Company. Finally, this paper designs a viable security program for TR Technology Company to implement the system effectively which will be assured through the measures of standardizing the implementation process, designing organization support, improving management system and
