万方数据 万方数据 Abstract With the rapid development of high-speed rail technology in China and abroad,quality requirements of high-speed heavy rail is increasingly strict.The productive process is a complex process with high temperature dynamic and transient and there are many passes and alien reversible rolling groove and the deformation is very complex.The rolling technological parameter is very important to texture property and size accuracy.Aimed at BD1 and BD2 reversable mill of a large steel plant, rolling process of 60 kg/m BD1 and BD2 U71Mn heavy rail is numerically simulated through nonlinear finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The data transmission is accurately realized through using vertical miller replacing pass tilting and translating roller to realize the next pass rolling. The result of Three-dimensional finite element simulation shows that:The filling of different pass is good; the calculated results of temperature and rolling force are consistent with the actual producing;double-drum shape occurred on the side of rolled piece during BD1and there is no rolling deformation in the heart part and Metal Flow on the surface layer is faster than in heart part.From the distribution of equivalent stress and equivalent strain of deformation area and exit section, the equivalent stress and equivalent strain of head waist and base is different。the max equivalent stress exists in head and the max equivalent strain exists in waist.The nodes at the corner section of head have great lateral displacement but the location of nodes at the bottom doesn’t change a lot.The metal flows along longitude and height at the bottom.The metal in waist flows along longitude and width at the bottom.The nodes in heart flow to the bottom.The nodes in waist flow faster along longitude than the nodes in head and bottom and the locations of nodes on cross section changed in space.
