万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 HART(Highway Addressable Remote Transducer)是工业自动化领域中常用的现 场总线技术，随着该技术的广泛应用和发展，以 HART 技术为基础的 WirelessHART 标准于 2007 年 9 月发布。WirelessHART 为工业的自动化管理和控制提供了一套 自动的无线解决方案。由于目前世界上现存的 HART 设备有 2 千多万台，要使这 些 原 来 的 HART 设 备 都 能 连 上 WirelessHART 网 络 的 话 ， 就 必 须 具 有 像 WirelessHART 适配器这样的转换设备。WirelessHART 适配器主要解决原有 HART 设备和 WirelessHART 兼容的需求。 论文从 WirelessHART 协议的各个层次详细分析了其功能、WirelessHART 网 络的具体组成以及网络中各设备的分工与合作机制。在此基础之上，以 CC2430 为硬件开发平台，采用 TinyOS 嵌入式操作系统，使用 NesC 编程语言，实现了 WirelessHART 协议栈和协议转换功能。在具体实现上将 WirelessHART 适配器所 要实现的功能划分为多个模块，这些模块之间通过接口进行通信；根据 NesC 语言 的特性，将模块所要实现的功能划分为一个或者多个组件，组件之间通过消息原 语通信；各个模块完成实现之后，通过一个总的配线文件将这些模块配置成一个 功能完善，结构完整的系统。 论文所实现的适配器通过在仿真软件上的测试，其功能基本达到了设计要求。 通过在项目合作公司的测试应用，该适配器能够将原有有线 HART 设备连接上 WirelessHART 网络，使这些设备能够很好地同 WirelessHART 网络中的设备进行 通信。 关键词：HART，Mesh 网络，WirelessHART，适配器 III ABSTRACT HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) is field bus technology that commonly used in industrial automation. The WirelessHART stardard which is based on HART released in September 2007 with the wide application of HART technology. WirelessHART provides an automatic wireless solution for industrial automation management. As there are more than 20,000,000 WirelessHART devices in the word, if we want these devices connect to the WirelessHART network, there must be some tools like WirelessHART adapter to apear.This paper is written for the compatibility of existing HART devices and the WirelessHART network. With the Analysis of the fuction of adapter, this paper firstly analyzes the background and significance, and then analyzes the WirelessHART protocol, the construction of the WirelessHART network. Finally, this paper shows a perfect solution of the WirelessHART adapter on the CC2430-TinyOS platform through NesC language. The solution includes WirelessHART protocol and protocol conversion. To complete the solution, the WirelessHART adapter’s functions are divided into multiple modules which communicate with each other through interfaces. According to the
