TC10钛合金热稳定性能研究-机械工程专业论文
ABSTRACT
TC10 titanium alloy is a high-strength and damage tolerance (α + β) two-phase titanium alloys developed from TC4 alloys. It has excellent corrosion resistance and good heat treatment strengthening effect. The stability and properties of the alloy performance can be adjusted by different heat treatment. For this reason, this article mainly studies on that microstructure and properties are sensitive to temperature and time of heat treatment for TC10 titanium alloy has heat treatment strengthening effect. The organization and
mechanical properties of this titanium alloy were investigated respectively under 300℃
and 500℃ temperature. The heat preservation time was 100h, 300h and 500h, respectively. The main effect influencing the mechanical properties and the microstructure forming rule
were discussed.
The main results are as follows: The effect of heat treatment temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC10 titanium alloy is obvious. After 300℃/
300h thermal exposure treatment, the compressive strength, hardness of TC10 alloys increases as well the plastic performance decreases. However, after 500℃/300h treatment,
the compressive strength and hardness reduces as well the plastic performance increase. In the early thermal exposure, the alphas precipitate from the beta phases. With heat treatment time extension, the dispersive alphas gather together. In the high temperature, the lath-shaped alphas which formed in the casting process fracture and dissolve partly for deformation and thermal stress. The alphas become disorder, so the hardness of the alloy reduces. In the heat treatment in same temperature, when the heat treatment time is more than 100h, the compressive strength, and hardness of TC10 alloy decreases as well the plastic performance increases. In addition, as the hot temperature and holding time
extending, the thickness of TC10 alloy oxide layer increase. After 500℃/500h treatment,
