Ryndiah had proposed a Turbo code decoding method which is similar to the soft input soft output (SISO) iterative decoding algorithm, and applied to the product codes, known as the Turbo product code (TPC). Turbo product code is a highly efficient error correction coding, has excellent anti-jamming and anti-fading characteristics, and because using a linear block code as its sub-code, its decoding complexity is much lower than the Turbo code, suitable for the application in high-speed communication systems, with better progressive performance. In recent years, Turbo Product Code is more widely used in kinds of communication systems.TPC is a very promising channel coding.
