It not only enriched the multilateral trade legal system, but also let the traditional method of international investment profound changes taken place. With Chinas accession to the World Trade Organization, as a WTO member, by about TRIMS Agreement has become a reality, Chinas integration into the international community will inevitably be multilateral investment rules of law impact. The dissertation is structured as follows：Introduction, body and conclusions. The first part concerns with the background、significance of research methods and structure of this paper. Finally, The article is summarizes the conclusions of the main points of view. The dissertation composes of five parts. The first part of this article is the introduction of TRIMs Agreement’s background, elaborate the TRIMs issues’ raised has reason in economic development and judicial practice. In the negotiations on TRIMs issues, the developed and developing countries is no consensus based on their different status, But the two sides finally reached a compromise. The second part is introduce the TRIMs Agreement rules, first of all is point out that the WTO law is a huge legal system. the first time, it bring investment into the world multilateral trade legislation’s system, open up international trade law and international investment systems, and widen the WTO legal systems jurisdiction, for the future of the multilateral trading system involves more investment and competition policy issues opened up a Pandoras box.
