哈尔滨工 哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 I II Abstract Retarder is installed on the rail of railway marshalling yard, take away the energey of vehicles, control the gliding vehicles’speed. In recent years, Controllable Retarder has been used by railway marshalling yard mainly in China and U.S.A., and a new type of controllable continuum speed control system is formed. This successful study of controllable retarder promotes the development of hump design theory, and using computers to control retarder has realized series real time of controlling gliding vehicles. It is the embodiment of theory and practice. This article discusses the development and application of TDJFK-2006 pneumaticc-locked controllable redarder。 The article analyses the theory of pneumatic-locked controllable redarder, establishing mathematical model for the retarder body and pneumatic controllable valve. Use mathematical model to explain the speed judgment of the retarder speed valve, ensuring the braking energy and the infection factors by integral way, and has carried on the analysis to the pneumatic controllable valve transmission device. The wind energy which needs to pneumatic-locked controllable redarder carries on the theoretical analysis, through the computation determined that independence supplies the wind systems composition and each basic parameter. The article introduces design principle of retarder, and under the principle instruction, the topic-based group has carried on the design and the development work to pneumatic-locked controllable redarder, then determined the structural style of the retarder, realized the pneumatic-locked controllable function to satisfy request of the transportation production.
