水胶体在妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后淋巴渗出中研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨水胶体敷料在静脉滴注七叶皂苷钠治疗腹腔镜妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后淋巴液渗出中的作用。方法：选择2011年8月-2014年8月在本科室静脉滴注七叶皂苷钠治疗腹腔镜下盆腔淋巴结清扫术后淋巴液渗出的患者68例，其中宫颈癌56例，子宫内膜癌10例，随机数字表法分为两组，实验组36例，护理人员实施的相关措施包括水胶体敷料保护性使用静脉，应用精密过滤输液器降低输液微粒影响因素，进行心理干预等。对照组32例，使用精密过滤输液的措施。比较两组静脉输液后静脉炎发生率、患者舒适及满意度。结果：实验组较对照组静脉炎发生率明显降低，患者舒适及满意度明显提高。结论：护理人员实施的措施选择性、保护性使用静脉，降低输液微粒影响因素，调节输液速度以及进行心理干预等；提高患者用药的安全性。通过临床研究，加以水胶体敷料的应用，可以降低静脉炎的发生率，减轻患者的痛苦，而且提高了患者满意度。 　　【关键词】 水胶体； 七叶皂苷钠； 静脉炎； 中成药 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the role of the hydrocolloid dressings in intravenous infusion of sodium aescinate， the function of sodium aescinate is to reduce the lymph exudation caused by the radical resection of laparoscopic gynecologic malignant tumor. Method： August 2011 to August 2014， in our departments who dad undergone the radical resection and hale intravenous infusion of sodium aescinate were included of which 56 patients with cervical cancer， 10 patients with endometrial cancer. They were randomly divided into two groups， 36 cases in the experimental group， received relevant measures of nursing staff， including the use of hydrocolloid dressings to protect the vein， the application of the precise filter to reduce the influence of the infusion particles and psychological intervention. 32 cases were in the control group， just used the precise filter. Then to compare the incidence of phlebitis， the comfort and satisfaction of patients in the two group. Result： Compared with the control group， the incidence of phlebitis was lower， the comfort and satisfaction of patients were higher in the experimental group. Conclusion： According to the clinical research， nurses use the hydrocolloid dressings to reduce the influence of infusion particles， adjust the infusion rate and have psychological intervention for patients can reduce the incidence of phlebitis， alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients. 　　【Key words】 Colloid； Seven yezao sodium； Phlebitis； Chinese traditional medicine
