万方数据 万方数据 Abstract The main goal of this article is to comprehensively understand the current situation of regional economic differences of Hebei Province one line, two side from each aspect. And forecast its tendency. In view of this topic’s characteristic, the article has used the real diagnosis analysis and the standard analysis, the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis, the dynamic analysis and the static analysis, comparison analytic method and so on. First, carry on the summary of present research in regional economic difference from the angles of overseas and the domestic. And briefly elaborate the characteristic and main content of various theories. And carry on careful contrast; objectively point out its flaw and future development of each theory. Second, analyze the regional economic differences among the “one line, two sides” from the respect of per capita GDP, industrial structure and people living standard from 1994 to 2005. The target of per capita GDP includes two sub-targets, such as relative differences and absolute differences of per capita GDP. The target of industrial structure includes three sub-targets, such as the proportion of secondary industry and tertiary industry and the sum of them. The target of people living standard includes four sub-targets, such as disposable income of urban residents, pure income of farmer and the Engel coefficient of urban and rural households. Third, in the foundation of the Hebei economic statistics data of 2005, find out the inner factor that cause the difference through the method of empirical study from the respect of the level of science and technology, marketization level, location factors, economic structure situation and capital supplying situation.
