华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract In todays society, the economy is in the golden era of vigorous development, the GFP is growing rapidly, however, various kinds of accidents is increasing in constant with the economic development. Under the environment of todays economic integration, the growth of these incidents will lead to huge losses to the socio-economic development. Thus, each enterprise is imperative to the management of safety culture, be sure to do a good job. It is an exemplary role in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises which must play better. The thesis take a state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises as the subject of case studies, research on safety culture-building measures to prevent the safety accidents within the range that can be predicted and controlled, it is of great importance to protect the country and the people, property, life safety, improve the safety cultural, and improve the production efficiency, and to promote long-term gains significance. This thesis applies the case research methods, conducts a systematic study on the construction of safety culture in the state-owned enterprises on behalf of ZJSH. Firstly, it reviews the general theory of the safety culture, then, integrates the construction of ZJSH safety culture, analyzes the problems occurred in the enterprises in the construction of a safety culture. Secondly, by constructing the ZJSH safety culture management system extends safety culture system into the three areas of indicators, monitoring and evaluation. Finally, based on the key points in the construction of the comprehensive safety culture, some constructive suggestions are made in order to optimization of the system, which provides an exploration and research for the final establishment of the new culture of enterprise security.
