成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 1 中 文 摘 要 目的: 从中医基础理论出发探讨“三伏穴位敷贴”疗法的理论基础，及 与哮喘缓解期论治的关系，客观评价“三伏穴位敷贴”疗法在儿童哮 喘缓解期治疗的有效性。 方法: 文献研究：通过对穴位敷贴疗法的中医古籍文献进行整理分析， 从穴位敷贴疗法的历史源流、理论基础及与哮喘治疗的关系等方面进 行研究，分析其在哮喘治疗中的作用机制。 临床研究：采用临床观察性研究方法，选择符合纳入标准的哮喘 患儿 420 例，并进行“冬病夏治”三伏穴位敷贴治疗，观察敷贴前后 患儿哮喘发病情况的变化。 结果: 从文献研究说明：“三伏穴位敷贴”疗法通过敷贴药物、敷贴穴 位及敷贴时机等构成的一种综合性的治疗方法，对儿童哮喘的治疗疗 效确切。在 420 例符合纳入标准的患儿中,其哮喘发作次数及发作程 度在敷贴 1 年后均有明显的减少。且敷贴效果与疗程、病程之间有一 定的关系,敷贴疗程越长,疗效越好;病程在 3 年以下的疗效较好,4 年 以上者随着病程的延长,患者的总有效率呈下降趋势。 结论: “三伏穴位敷贴”疗法对儿童哮喘缓解期的治疗疗效确切，能减 少患儿哮喘发作次数,减轻其发作程度,该方法简便易行,费用低,能 被广大患者接受,值得进一步研究。 关键词:支气管哮喘 三伏穴位敷贴 冬病夏治 中医外治 中医基础理论 缓解期 Abstract Object : Starting from the basic theory of TCM to explore Dog-days Acupoint Application the theoretical basis for therapy, and with asthma in remission stage of the relationship between governance, an objective assessment ofDog-daysAcupoint Application therapy in the treatment of asthma in children in remission period of validity.
