1 1 “吃”字惯用语研究 中文摘要 “吃”字惯用语研究 中文摘要 惯用语简短精炼，形象鲜明，负载着中国民间的文化和风俗，极具表现力和生命 力。“民以食为天”，中国人的“吃”文化博大精深。“吃”在惯用语中扮演了重要的 角色。“吃”字惯用语被人们广泛运用于口语交际，具有重要的价值和意义。它不仅 是汉语母语者学习的必修内容，也是汉语为第二语言者需要学习和有兴趣学习的重要 内容。 本文以温端政，吴建生主编的《常用惯用语辞典》中收录的 118 个“吃”字惯用 语为研究对象，运用数据统计法对相关词条进行了定量分析。通过剖析这些“吃”字 惯用语，以期对“吃”字惯用语的第二语言教学有所裨益。 在前人研究成果的基础上，本文从“三个平面”角度对“吃”字惯用语语法结构、 语义、语用方面的特点进行了归纳概括。为了促进语言教学与文化教学的同步发展， 本人还从“吃”字惯用语所反映的中国饮食文化根基、传统哲学观念、中国人的思维 方式和民族性格特点方面对它所蕴含的文化内涵进行了分析。 在汉语作为第二语言教学方面，本人按照“为什么教”“教什么”和“怎样教” 的思路，分析了“吃”字惯用语教学的意义；结合 CCL 数据库的词频统计和第二语 言教学实际，确定了“吃”字惯用语的教学选词；从教学对象、教学目标、教学原则、 教学方法等方面对“吃”字惯用语进行了教学设计，并编写了教学案例。 关键词：“吃”字惯用语；语法；文化；教学设计 作 者：杜淼 指导老师：樊燕 II II 英文摘要 “吃”字惯用语研究 The Study of Chinese Idiom with Eating Abstract Chinese idiom is short，refining and vivid. Laden with Chinese folk culture and customs, it is very expressive and vitality. “Food is the first thing for people”, the eating culture of China is extensive and profound. The word of eating plays an important role in the Chinese idiom. The Chinese idiom of eating has distinctive pragmatic function, reflects the interesting folk culture, has been widely used in oral communication. It has the important value and significance. It is not only the required content of Chinese speakers learning, also the important and interesting content of other language speakers learning. This paper takes the Chinese idiom of eating in Commonly Used Idioms Dictionary complied by Duanzheng. Wen and Jiansheng.Wu as research object, has carried on the quantitative analysis of related terms through the data statistics. Through analyzing these Chinese idioms word, in order to promote the second language teaching of Chinese eating idioms.
