牙冠延长术修复残根残冠的疗效分析 　　[摘要]目的：探讨牙冠延长术在残根残冠修复中的方法及临床效果。方法：将2011年6月-2014年8月治疗的71例（76颗）残根残冠修复患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组37例（41颗）和对照组34例（35颗）。观察组行牙冠延长术，对照组行牙龈切除术，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗效果观察组满意35颗，欠佳4颗，总有效率95.1%；对照组满意19颗，欠佳10颗，总有效率82.9%，满意率及总有效率组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后观察组龈沟出血指数（SBI）、牙周袋深度（PD）指标改善均优于对照组；差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：牙冠延长术用于残根、残冠的修复，避免了活动修复体所致不便及固定修复体引起的邻牙损伤，修复时间短，修复体稳定，且有利于保持修复牙周围组织健康、口腔美观及功能修复，临床效果满意。临床应严格适应证的选择，提高治疗效果。 　　[关键词]牙冠延长术；残根残冠；牙龈切除术 　　[中图分类号]R783 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2015）18-0062-03 　　Analysis of the clinical effects of corwn lengthening on residual root and 　　crown repair 　　LI Yue-hua1，LI Shang-feng2 　　（1.Department of Stomatology，Chengguan Hui Nationality Township Health Center of Ningling County，Ningling 476700，Henan，China；2.Department of Stomatology，Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital，Shangqiu 476000，Henan，China） 　　Abstract： Objective To explore the methods and clinical effect of corwn lengthening on residual root and crown repair.
