Abs Abstract The Legal System Research of the Ant tribe Housing Security The Legal System Research of the Ant tribe Housing Security Abstract Ant tribe is the new vulnerable groups in our country, appearing in large numbers. The Chinese government must realize and handle the urgent housing problem of the ant tribe. This thesis is mainly divided into three parts: In the first part, the author illustrates the concept and characteristics of the ant tribe, introduces the current housing situation of the ant tribe and explains the reasons of their housing difficulties; The second part points out the present legal system’s default in solving the ant tribe’s housing problems, through the introduction of the current legal system concerning housing security and the analysis of the ant tribe itself. What’s more, it also elaborates on the great importance of solving the housing problems of the ants tribe; In the third part, the author comes up with the corresponding measures and strategies, aiming at tackling the existing problem in our current legal system regarding housing security and improving the housing situation of the ant tribe group.
