小切口外剥内扎术加消痔灵注射液注射治疗混合痔临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨小切口外剥内扎术加消痔灵注射液注射治疗混合痔的临床效果。 方法 选取于2013年7月～2015年6在我院接受治疗的混合痔患者共86例，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用小切口外剥内扎术。观察组在对照组基础上采用消痔灵。观察临床效果。 结果 观察组总有效率、术后并发症发生率及复发率，均优于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组痔核脱落时间、创面愈合时间，均低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 小切口外剥内结扎术联合消痔灵注射液治疗混合痔能够降低并发症发生率，且远期效果好，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 小切口外剥内扎术；消痔灵；混合痔；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R657.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）17-107-03 　　Small incision inside the outer peel he adds spirit of Xiaozhi injection taking clinical observation for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids 　　FENG Zhenren 　　Department of Anorectal， Lindian Township Health Center， Heilongjiang Province， Lindian 166300，China 　　[Abstract] Objective Explore small incision inside the outer peel he adds spirit of Xiaozhi injection taking clinical effect for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Results Observation group total effective rate， incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate， were superior to control group， there are differences between the comparison between groups （P0.05）； Observation group haemorrhoids fall off time， wound healing time， are lower than the control group， there are differences between the comparison between groups （P0.05）.
