I I 中小学性教育管理问题研究 摘 要：自改革开放以来，我国的政治、经济、文化等各方面发展都十分迅 速。与此同时国外一些不良文化也随之传入我国，尤其是不良性文化的传播，严 重影响了我国青少年的性文化观念。我国的性教育管理开展较晚，中小学性教育 已经严重落后于西方发达国家。文章以浙江省杭州市萧山区中小为例，选取六所 中小学作为调查对象。研究采用定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法，对六所学校 中的 1800 名青少年、150 名教师、600 位家长进行了问卷调查。同时进行了小组 访谈，小组访谈包括：男性青少年组、女性青少年组、男性教师组、女性教师组、 学校管理人员组。对性教学目标、性教学过程管理、性教学质量控制、教师管理、 学生管理方面进行研究。中小学性教育管理主要存在以下几方面问题：性教育目 标管理缺失,性教育师资匮乏,性教学过程的管理不足,学生管理方法存在问题。 文章对发现的问题进行成因分析，并提出对策。以期提高中小学性教育管理水平， 逐步推进中小学性教育的规范实施。 中小学性教育管理是一个系统工程，离不开学校、家长、社会的广泛参与。 当前，我国中小学性教育管理应以教学目标为导向，加强性教育师资队伍管理， 完善教学质量评价机制，同时以家庭性教育作为学校性教育的补充，逐步构建中 国特色中小学性教育管理模式。 关键词：中小学；性教育；性教育管理 II II Management of Primary and Secondary Education Study Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, the development of political, economic, cultural and other aspects of our country are very fast. Our education management to carry out late, primary and secondary education has seriously lagged behind Western countries. This paper focused on Xiaoshan District’s sexuality education, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, small, for example, six primary and secondary schools selected for the survey. Study used qualitative research and quantitative research methods, six schools on 1800 adolescents, 150 teachers, 300 parents conducted a survey. At the same time we conducted the group interviews, which include: male youth, female youth, male teachers group, the group of women teachers, school administrators group. On teaching objectives, teaching process management, teaching quality control, research teacher management, student management, were the causes of the problems found in the analysis.
