异氟醚及七氟醚复合在患儿全身麻醉中应用价值 　　[摘要]目的 研究异氟醚与七氟醚复合在患儿全身麻醉中的应用价值。方法 选取2015年10月～2017年6月本院收治的120例外科手术患儿，按入院先后分为对照组（异氟醚全身麻醉）及研究组（异氟醚+七氟醚复合麻醉），每组60例。比较两组的麻醉效果、血流动力学指标变化情况、不良反应等。?Y果 研究组的麻醉诱导时间、术后苏醒时间及Aldrete评分≥9分时的时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组麻醉期间及苏醒后的呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐、咳嗽及躁动等不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组入室时和气管插管后的血压及心率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 异氟醚与七氟醚复合应用于患儿全身麻醉中能够显著缩短麻醉诱导时间、术后苏醒时间，有助于术后康复和维持血流动力学稳定，显著降低不良反应发生率，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]七氟醚；异氟醚；麻醉效果；安全性 　　[中图分类号] R614.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（b）-0118-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effects of Isoflurane and Sevoflurane compound in children with general anesthesia.Methods From October 2015 to June 2017，120 cases of surgical children in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group （Isoflurane general anesthesia） and the study group （Isoflurane+Sevoflurane combined anesthesia） according to the order of admission，with 60 cases in each group.The anesthesia effects，the hemodynamic indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time of induction of anesthesia，postoperative recovery time and Aldrete score ≥9 minutes in the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The incidence of the respiratory depression，nausea，vomiting，cough and restlessness in the study group during anesthesia and after awakening were significantly lower than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.After admission and tracheal intubation，the level of MAP and HR in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Isoflurane and Sevoflurane in general anesthesia in children can significantly shorten the induction time of anesthesia，postoperative recovery time and recovery time，help to maintain hemodynamic stability，which is significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，
