强化心理护理在人工流产患者中临床应用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 评价强化心理护理在人工流产患者中的临床价值。 方法 选取2010年5月~2013年4月本院收治的110例行无痛人工流产术的患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各55例。两组患者均给予常规护理措施，观察组在此基础上给予强化心理护理，观察并比较两组的苏醒时间、干预前后情绪变化及并发症发生情况。 结果 观察组的苏醒时间为（3.03±0.47）min，对照组为（5.24±0.58）min，两组的苏醒时间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组干预前后的SAS评分分别为（54.3±7.0）、（39.1±5.3）分，对照组干预前后的SAS评分分别为（54.8±7.1）、（46.6±6.5）分，两组干预后的SAS评分与干预前比较均降低，且观察组干预后的SAS评分低于对照组（P0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率为7.27%，低于对照组的14.55% （P0.05）。 结论 强化心理护理可显著改善人工流产患者的负面情绪，降低并发症的发生率，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 强化心理护理；人工流产；临床价值 　　[中图分类号] R473.71[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（b）-0125-03 　　 　　Analysis of clinical application of strengthening psychological nursing in patients with induced abortion 　　LIAO Rui-xi 　　Department of nursing,Xiangya Pingxiang Mining Coperative Hospital (Pingxiang Mining General Hospital) of Pingxiang City in Jiangxi Province,Pingxiang 337000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical value of strengthening psychological nursing in patients with induced abortion.
