中学教学管理中教科书使用问题研究
——以 H 市两所初级中学为例
摘 要:教科书是教师课堂教学的文本,是学生学习的向导,也是教科书编 写者根据课程标准对课程内容描述与规范的具体化。教师对教科书的合理使用与 学校对教师教科书使用的科学管理,有助于提高学生的学习效率,有助于培养学 生的实践能力与创新精神,有助于实现学生素质全面提高。但是,目前在上述两 方面出现的各种问题,导致教科书在课堂教学中的作用衰减,学校的教学质量难 以提高,国家的教育目标难以真正实现。因此,本研究从 H 市两所中学教学管 理中对教科书使用问题的调查入手,通过调查、访谈了解当前两所学校在教科书 使用中存在的问题,分析问题的成因,并在此基础上提出优化教科书使用的对策, 期望能对学校教科书管理与教师教科书使用有所裨益。
为了达到这一目的,本研究主要从以下几个方面展开: 首先,说明研究的背景与意义、研究基础及研究的思路与方法;其次,对 H
市两所中学教科书管理与使用情况进行调查;第三,在调查的基础上,分析两所 中学在教科书管理与使用中存在的问题以及问题的成因;最后,从学校教科书管 理与教师教科书使用两个方面提出优化中学教学管理中教科书使用的对策:学校 要更新教学管理观念,要完善教科书使用的管理制度,要营造宽松的教科书使用 环境,要建立多元的教师评价体系,还要提高教师培训的数量与质量;教师要树 立科学的教材观,要加强教师对教科书的评价,还要以教科书使用的科学化促进 教师专业发展。

Research on the Problem of the Textbooks Using in the School Teaching Management
--Take Two Middle Schools of H City as Example
Abstract: The textbook is the text of teachers’ teaching ,the guide of students’ learning , and also is the text author according to the curriculum standard textbook of curriculum content description and specification of concrete. Scientific management the textbooks by the schools and the rational use of the textbooks by the teachers, will enhance the students study efficiency, will help to cultivate the students practical ability and creative spirit, and help to achieve the quality of students comprehensive improvement .However, because of various problems in this process, cause the function of the textbooks reduce, and it is hard to improve the quality of teaching in school. Therefore, this study investigation on two middle schools about the problem of teachers using textbooks in the teaching management by questionnaire and interview, analysis the causes of these problems, and based on this to propose the corresponding countermeasures. And expects to be helpful to the school management and teachers textbook use.
