《义务教育音乐课程标准》是我国教育部颁布的对义务教育阶段音乐课程具 有指导性的文件,是我国基础教育改革深入开展的重要手段,《义务教育音乐课 程标准》对研究我国当代学校音乐教育具有重要意义。本文以教育部 2001 年颁
布的《义务教育音乐课程标准(实验稿)》(以下简称“实验稿”)和 2011 年颁布 的《义务教育音乐课程标准》(以下简称“修订稿”)为研究对象进行比较研究, 用文献法、比较法和分析法来探究“实验稿”实施状况、“修订稿”修订背景、 以及“修订稿”对“实验稿”在音乐教育理念上的不同与发展,从中探寻标准“修 订稿”在我国新一轮基础教育改革中的科学性与时效性,以求对未来音乐课程改 革的方向和我国学校音乐教育的发展提供借鉴与启示。
具体内容如下:绪论阐述了本文的选题缘由与研究意义;第一章对“实验稿” 实施十年的基本状况形成了一个综述,梳理了“实验稿”对我国义务教育阶段音 乐教育产生的问题与影响。第二章简述了“修订稿”的修订背景、过程以及所依 据的理论基础和指导思想。第三章到第六章主要对《义务教育音乐课程标准》“实 验稿”和“修订稿”主体部分进行比较研究,研究范围包括每一章节,每一个模 块儿的调整与修订,关键表述的调整与修订等。结语部分阐述本文研究发现的“修 订稿”对“实验稿”的发展与延伸,以及“修订稿”的科学性与准确性,以及讨 论“修订稿”对未来我国学校音乐教育的影响。

Abstract
Compulsory Education Music Course Standard is the guiding document which is promulgated by ministry of education of our country for the compulsory education stage music curriculum, and it is an important means of in-depth development elementary education reform in our country. Compulsory Education Music Course Standard has a great signif icance to study the contemporary school music education. In this paper, compare the Compulsory Education Music Course Standard (experiment draft) (hereinafter referred to as the experimental draft) issued by the Ministry of Education in 2001 and the Compulsory Education Music Course Standard (hereinafter referred to as the revised) promulgated in 2011 as the research object. Using literature method, comparison method and analysis method to explore the implementation situation of the draft , revised revision background, as well as the different ideas betweenrevised to exper iment draft on the education and development of music, to explore the standard revised the science and efficiency of the new round basic educ ation reform in our country, to the direction of the music curriculum reform for the future and the schools in our country music education development to provide reference and enlightenment.
