华华中科技大学硕士学位论文 II II Abstract This paper focuses on the village of Zou in response to land disputes in rural land ownership issues. Ownership of rural land is not only a national system of unilateral arrangement, and the local economy, culture and customs together. Farmers are not simply the passive acceptance of national land policy, but active constructors. Local farmers to the ancestral land system embedded in the moment, so in the implementation process of land ownership is actually a national and local co-construction. This paper presents largely on the land disputes in order to expand the conflicts , and to three specific events, for example the analysis of land disputes in the village of Zou ancestral land system and the right. Three contradictions have been shown in these land disputes, i.e., the conflicts between clan property rights and contracting rights of land, that between collective and individual rights, and that between individual groups of villagers and village committees. In Zou village, not only the right to ancestral village of deeply entrenched, and the local government and village cadres, there is also recognition of ancestral rights.
