华中 科 技大 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract Since Chinas reform and opening up, the de mand for social and economic development, national policy guidance, secondary vocational education is growing rapidly. At the same time, secondary vocational education in a range of issues, such as employment difficulties, the decline in the quality of emp loyment, also aroused the concern of the society and scholars. In this context, author has selected Wuhan City, one of a class of higher vocational schools attempting to carry out the services, with career planning as the theme, with the main form of social worker class for the service, planning a total of 14 service activities.The effect of the social worker career planning class service were evaluated and the results show that t activity is not very effective and present differences result in different content modules. Then, the author try to use social-ecological system theory to reflect on such a phenomenon and found vocational students in social work class effect is the result of the interaction by a multi- factor, microscopic vocational school students and family; concept of schools and social workers the role of the service system; macro enterprises, national policies and school interaction indirect effects. Finally, author concludes that the problems existing in the professional technical secondary school is the results of microcosmic system, medium system interaction and the macroscopic system.only for secondary raw system to carry out the service is not very good to solve the problem. It will require social workers with comprehensive and systematic perspective to analysis the problems with the secondary vocational students facing, respectively playing a different role from the perspective of family, school, enterprise and society, and carrying out comprehensive service, to improve the capacity of the secondary vocational students solving a career and to get a better employment.
