I I II II 承钢棒材轧线设备安装项目的进度管理研究 摘 要 工程进度管理是项目管理中的重要内容,直接关系到工程建设企业的经济效益和 信誉。尤其在市场竞争中,具有举足轻重的作用。目前,由于施工企业在工程进度管 理方面大多沿用传统的理论和经验作法,缺乏新理论和新技术的运用,导致工程项目 经常不能按照施工计划完成,或者为了按期完成进度计划而付出了降低质量和增加成 本的代价,既降低了企业在市场上的竞争力,又给企业造成了经济损失。 本文密切结合承钢棒材轧线设备安装项目的进度管理的要求及工程特点,阐明了 进度管理是项目管理的重点组成部分。本文运用进度管理理论,在分析和比较几种项 目管理计划编制方法的基础上,选用甘特图、工作分解结构、里程碑事件等方法编制 工程进度计划,制定了满足项目工期要求的进度计划,并在保证工程质量的情况下, 对影响承钢棒材轧线设备安装项目的进度计划控制的各种因素进行了充分的分析和 研究,总结影响工程进度计划控制的主要因素,针对各种因素采取组织措施、管理措 施、技术措施、经济措施等保证项目进度计划和工期目标的顺利实现。 关键词: 项目管理;进度计划;进度控制 Research on Schedule Management of the Rolling Line Installation Project in Cheng Steel Group Abstract As an important part of project management, project planning and control management do affect the reputation and benefit of an equipments installation corporation, especially for a company in equipments manufacturing. At the present, too many traditional project management methods are still worked in most of the equipments manufacturing companies, and new technology and theory are not adopted. The equipments manufacturers often meet the problems of delaying Schedule. Even if the schedules are catched, but too much money was spend and costs was increased. It makes competition capability be lost for a company. According to the companys true situation this thesis points out that the schedule is the most important part of project management. Through the analysis of the process management problem of the rolling line installation project, being combnited with quantity and cost, the thesis concluded that process management is the key point of a project management. The thesis adopts the process management theory and compares several different projects planning methods, and selects the Gantt graph method, work breaking construction and milestone method to program evaluation and review technique as well as the schedule cost optimizing method to cerate the project schedule. It workouts planning to match the project and analyzes all the elements, and to find further out the major factors in
