Ab Abstract Ab Abstract I I II II THE RESEARCH THAT BASED ON THE SITUATION OF SCHOOL-FOOTBALL AIMS AT BUILDING THE COLLEGE SOCCER LEAGUE CONSIDERING FUZHOU AREA AS THE EXAMPLE Abstract Fuzhou, as one of the pilot cities of nationwide school-football in Fujian, has invested heavily in manpower and resources for the last two years, which creates a dense school-football atmosphere in primary and middle school in our cities. As an essential part of newly sports talent reserve project, school-football, since 2009, in which the State General Administration of Sports delivered relevant document, has been paid great attention in both educational circles and sports world. I consider that the build-up of soccer league among universities in every possible city will contribute a lot to the development of college football. Therefore, the research about development patterns of college football relies not only on the question that whether college soccer league is appropriate for that pattern, but also applying ourselves to fostering a culture of football and developing football market in colleges so as to create a befitting environment for the survival of college soccer league. The main methods used here are documentation method, questionnaire survey method, interviewing method, the theory of mathematical statistics and so on. The eight involved colleges are all in university town as following: Fujian Normal University, Fuzhou University, Fujian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fujian University of Technology, Minjiang University, Fujian Medical University, Concord University College Fujian Normal University and Fujian Jiangxia College. According to the interviews with teachers and officials from colleges above, a conclusion can be drawn that Fuzhou is qualified to build a college football league. Moreover, a research about what we should take into account in order to build a complete alliance pattern has been accomplished. The research includes five aspects as follows
