In the teaching process to carry out physics scientific method education, requires the combination of materials. Based on the comparison of different materials, especially on the comparison of scientific method education in different materials, we can know about measures for different countries, different regions, different versions of the teaching material carry out physics scientific method education, and puts forward the suggestion to further improve and modify for the national or regional physics teaching material, and provide reference or reference to carry out physics scientific method education. This study selected the peoples education press of the ordinary high school curriculum standard experimental textbook (2010 edition) and the teaching material science discoverer physical principle and problems (2008 edition) as the research object, the application of literature research, comparative research, by using a combination of the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to the scientific method education content arrangement and scientific method education content in senior high school physics teaching material are compared and analyzed. First of all, according to the existing research, we formed the decision method of the scientific method in the teaching material initially.
