To show the experimental results, the author adopts the teachers and students essay collection first cry in the works for the case analysis and reflection, expecting to further promote the application of the incentive policy. Research and experiment indicate that the method works, the album can be applied to other years even greater range of writing, and essay writing teaching should become an essential complement to the traditional teaching of writing. Based on a research point of view, the author thinks that the teacher in the teaching of writing practice should pay more attention to: how to make students express individual feelings, cultivate thinking and expression of innovation, explore the emotional authenticity, and finally improve their writing ability and literary attainments; concerning teachers, how to better teaching by writing, so as to build equality between teachers and students writing. In the application of the proposal, the author thinks: one is to bring the essay writing teaching evaluation function into full play, the other is to actively use the essay writing teaching incentive strategy, so as to achieve the best combination of the two.
