I I 城市居住社区体育用地供给标准的量化分析 —以厦门市为例摘要土地资源的稀缺性要求分配和有效利用土地时兼顾效益最大化及可持续发展。根据土地经济学的研究思想分析了划拨城市社区体育用地的总效益。通过研究表明：城市社区体育用地的增加可以提高土地产出水平并带动相关产业发展，并因此设计了一套可供选择城市社区体育用地需求量预测系统。该系统可以分区域差别化动态使用土地，同时保证经济发展和社会平衡。对影响居住社区体育场地建设面积的相关指标进行筛选、求出权重并建立相应的数学模型，为精确计算城市居住社区体育用地的数量提供参考方法。关键词土地资源，居住社区，体育用地，预测系统，数学模型 II II Land Economics perspective of land allocation and forecasting system of urban community sports construction Abstract Scarcity of land resources, requirements allocation and efficient use of land must take into account to maximize efficiency and sustainable development. Analysis of the total effectiveness of the allocation of urban community sports sites according to the study of land economics thinking and design a city community sports land demand forecasting model. Studies have shown that: the increase of the urban community sports sites can improve the level of land productivity and develop the related industries. And therefore designed a set of alternative urban community sports land demand forecasting system which can use land dynamically in the regional differences, while ensuring the long-term economic and social balance, Affecting the community sports venues construction area of relevant indicators of screening, calculate weight and to establish the corresponding mathematical model and provide a reference method for the accurate calculation of the number of urban residential community sports land.
