康复新液用于射频治疗宫颈糜烂术后创面疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨康复新液宫颈局部上药在射频治疗宫颈糜烂术后促进创面愈合的临床疗效。 方法 选择本院因中、重度宫颈糜烂行射频治疗的患者524例，将其随机分成两组，治疗组283例，对照组241例，在射频治疗后2、3、4、6、8周来院复查时，治疗组给予康复新液宫颈局部上药治疗，对照组常规给予络合碘消毒，未给予特殊治疗。同时询问记录患者阴道排液、脱痂出血持续天数，检查伤口愈合情况，记录术后出血例数。 结果 治疗组术后阴道排液、脱痂出血、伤口愈合、术后出血情况均优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 宫颈糜烂射频治疗后康复新液局部上药可明显缩短阴道排液及脱痂出血时间，促进伤口愈合，术后出血病例数少，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 宫颈糜烂；射频治疗；康复新液；局部用药 　　[中图分类号] R711.75 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（b）-0067-02 　　Clinical observation of kangfuxin solution in treating wound after radiofrequency therapy of cervical erosion 　　LUO Neng-xiu LONG Wen-xiang▲ LIU Xiang-lan TANG Hua-yu LING Jing LONG Xia 　　Women and Children Healthcare Hospital of Zhuzhou City in Hunan Province， Zhuzhou 412000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the curative effect of kangfuxin solution local application on cervix in promoting wound surface healing after radiofrequency （RF） therapy of cervical erosion. Methods 524 cases of severe cervical erosion treated by RF were randomly divided into two groups， reexamination was taken at 2，3，4，6 and 8 weeks after operation. 283 cases in treatment group were treated by local application of kangfuxin solution on cervix， 241 cases in control group were just treated with iodine complex disinfection solution. Vaginal discharge and exuvial hemorrhage continuous days were recorded， healing condition was inspected and cases of postoperative hemorrhage was recorded. Results The conditions of the treatment group on vaginal discharge， exuvial hemorrhage， healing condition and postoperative hemorrhage were both better than that of the control group， there was significant difference between two groups （P0.05）.Conclusion Local application of kangfuxin solution on cervix after RF can significantly shorten the vaginal discharge and exuvial hemorrhage time， promote wound healing with few cases of postoperative hemorrhage， It is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Cervical erosion； Radiofrequency therapy； Kangfuxin solution；
