An Analysis and Research on the State Quo of Operation and Management of Commercial Fitness Club in Chongqing A Thesis Submitted to Chongqing University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirement for the Degree of Master of Education By Zhang Ke Supervised by Prof. Xu Ding Guo Major：Humane and Sociological Science of Sports Institute of Physical Education of Chongqing University, Chongqing, China April, 2011 重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 I I 摘 要 近年来体育健身业作为重庆市地方性经济产业的一项行业，得到了迅猛的发 展，重庆直辖以来，经济取得了长足的发展，人们的生活水平和质量有了很大提 高，收入也是越来越多，随着社会竞争的日趋激烈，生活节奏越来越快，繁忙和 高强度的工作使人们对于健康的渴望日益增长，加上《重庆市国民经济和社会发 展第十一个五年规划体育事业发展专项规划》以及“健康重庆”的提出，为重庆市商 业健身俱乐部的大力发展提供了很好的发展平台和政策环境。不过重庆地处中国 西南地区，其总体经济发展水平和居民收入与发达地区差距较明显，因此健身俱 乐部在经营管理、软硬件设施、教练人数、教练与学员（会员）配置比例等方面 还不够完善、均衡，存在诸多问题和矛盾，例如：各个健身俱乐部健身场地面积 大小不一、会员费价格收取缺乏深入、细致的市场调查、对员工待遇福利关心不 够等等。 本研究以重庆市主城区具有代表性的综合性商业健身俱乐部为研究对象，对 重庆市主城九区具有代表性的商业健身俱乐部、健身俱乐部健身员、健身俱乐部 消费者进行了问卷调查，调查并分析了重庆市经济基础与健身俱乐部发展的关系、 重庆市人口因素对健身俱乐部发展的影响以及重庆市商业健身俱乐部的经营、管 理现状。 根据调查反映出的当前重庆市商业健身俱乐部存在的诸多问题，提出的发展 对策有： （1）、政府要进行有效的宏观调控，尽快出台相关政策，鼓励和扶持健身俱 乐部的长远发展。（2）俱乐部增强人才引进工作，加强人员管理，提高员工福利 待遇。（3）积极响应政府相关政策号召、开展好社会公益性健身活动。（4）加大 宣传力度，提高宣传效率，努力塑造俱乐部良好的社会舆论氛围。 关键词：重庆主城区，商业健身俱乐部，经营、管理现状，对策 重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 II II ABSTRACT In the early 1980s, fitness club has been introduced into China. After decades of development, it has gradually evolved into a set of sports entertainment activities with fashionable, youthful, dynamic and social factors. In recent years, being one of Chongqings local economy industry, the fitness club has sprung up like mushrooms. Especially since Chongqing became the municipality directly under the central government,with its booming economy, peoples living standard has greatly enhanced, thus they are getting more disposable personal income than before.
