山楂橄榄复合提取物在卷烟中应用 　　摘要：以山楂和橄榄两种植物作为试验原料，采用溶剂浸泡、回流、浓缩的工艺制备得到山楂提取物和橄榄提取物，再以一定的比例复配得到复合提取物。通过添加丙二醇溶解提取物后，添加到卷烟中加香。评吸结果显示，山楂提取物和橄榄提取物以2∶1比例复配得到的复合提取物能够显著改善卷烟的品质，表现在香气量尚足，香气质好，余味稍减弱，杂气减弱，谐调性加强，刺激性稍有加强。利用GC-MS分析复合提取物中的挥发性成分，发现山楂提取物和橄榄提取物的复配能够起到互补的作用，检测到了70种挥发性成分，主要有酯类27种、醛类15种、烯类17种、有机酸类3种、醇类3种、酮类2种，这些物质奠定了其改善卷烟评吸效果的物质基础。 　　关键词：山楂；橄榄；复合提取物；加香；GC-MS；卷烟 　　中图分类号：TS44+1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：0439-8114（2018）09-0078-04 　　DOI：10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2018.09.018 　　Application of Hawthorn and Olive Composite Extract in Cigarette 　　WANG Wen-bin1，CHEN Xiao-min2，WANG Jing2，YAO Xin-yi2，LI Jian-zheng2，SHI Qi-lin2 　　（1.Technology Center，China Tobacco Anhui Industrial Co.，Ltd.， Hefei 230088，China； 　　2.Shenzhen Boton Flavor and Fragrances Co.， Ltd.， Shenzhen 518051，Guangdong，China） 　　Abstract： Two plants of hawthorn and olives were used as experimental materials，hawthorn extract and olive extract were prepared by solvent soaking，refluxing and concentrating process，and then composite extracts were obtained in a certain proportion.After the extract was dissolved by the addition of propylene glycol，sample was added to the cigarette for flavoring. Smoking results showed that，hawthorn extract and olive extract in a 2∶1 ratio of complex can significantly improve the quality of cigarettes，and the aroma is still sufficient，good aroma quality，aftertaste slightly weakened，mixed gas weakened，harmony enhanced，the stimulus slightly strengthened.
