应用切开复位双钢板平行固定治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折临床疗效 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨切开复位双钢板平行固定治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法 随机选取于2013年1月―2014年5月该院收治的70例肱骨远端粉碎性骨折患者为研究对象，将其利用随机分组法分为治疗组与对照组分别35例实施治疗，其中对照组实施常规固定治疗，治疗组采取切开复位双钢板平行固定治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗组总有效率为97.14%，其治疗效果为优、良、差，患者依次为30例、4例、1例；对照组治疗总有效率为65.71%，其中优15例、良8例、差12例，两组对比差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.1201，P0.05）。结论 治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折通过切开复位双钢板平行固定获得良好的临床效果，治疗之后，患者可在早期进行锻炼，能有效促进患者康复，值得在临床上广泛推广。 　　[关键词] 切开复位双钢板平行固定；肱骨远端粉碎性骨折；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（c）-0089-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of open reduction and parallel double plate fixation for the treatment of distal humerus comminuted fracture. Methods 70 patients with distal humerus comminuted fracture admitted in our hospital from January 2013 and May 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional fixed treatment， and those in the treatment group were treated with open reduction and parallel double plate fixation. The treatment effects of two the groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%， its therapeutic effect is excellent， good， bad， followed by 30 cases， 4 cases， 1 case； the total effective rate of the control group was 65.71%， of which 15 cases， 8 cases， 12 cases. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups （χ2= 4.1201， P 0.05）. Conclusion Open reduction and parallel double plate fixation for the treatment of comminuted distal humeral fracture has significant clinical effect.
