2001 4 No.4, 2001 (127 ) POPULATION ECONOMICS (Tot.No.127) 人口老龄化与社会可持续发展 陈　红 (　　　100026) :尽管人口老龄化给社会经济的持续发展带来了劳动年龄人口比重下降, 劳动 资源减少, 劳 动年龄人口老化;老年人赡养系数增加, 总供养系数上升, 国家用于老年人的支出增多;有储蓄能 的人口及储蓄额减少;家庭赡养照料老人的资源减少, 功能弱化等诸多不利影响, 但是二者之间 并不存在截然对立的矛盾, 只要深化老年科学研究, 增强全社会的老龄化意识, 及时采取科学的对 策与措施, 充分利用老龄化的有利因素, 老龄化与社会经济是完全可以协调发展的。 :人口老龄化;可持续发展;劳动年龄人口 :C92-05 　　:A　　:1000-4149(2001)04-007 1-04 Aging of Population and Sustainable Development of the Society CHEN Hong (College of Labor E onomi s,Capital University of E onomi s and Business,Beijing, 100026) Abstract:There are many unfavorable effe ts on the sustainable development of so ial e onomy be ause of the aging of pop- ulation, su h as a de line in the proportion of age for labor for e in the population;a de rease in the labor resour es;the ag- ing of population of labor for e;the rising of the oeffi ient of supporting the aged and the total supporting oeffi ient;an in- rease in the national expenditure on the aged;a de rease in the population of being able to save and total savings deposits; a de line in the family resour es for providing the aged and the weakness of the fun tion, but there is no diametri ally op- posed ontradi tion between the two.We an oordinate the growth of the aging of population and the development of the so- ial e onomy, so long as we deepen the resear hes in senile s ien e;strengthen the whole ountry s ons iousness of aging of population;take some s ientifi ountermeasures timely and make full use of the advantageous fa tors of the aging of popula- tion.
