11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 Y1850109 摘要 摘要 入世后,我国外贸体制和国内外经济环境发生了匹大变化。大量的企业、 事业单位甚至个人进入外贸行业,使得专业外贸企业尤其是中小型外贸企业 面临着更加激烈的竞争。中小型外贸企业传统的外贸代理经营模式已无法适 应我国新形势下外贸发展的要求,企业经营每况愈下,有的甚至举步维艰。 因此,新形势下中小型外贸企业如何转变外贸代理经营模式、实现企业的生 存和发展成为目前强待解决的课题。 本课题首先对外贸代理经营相关理论进行了梳理,然后以中小型外贸企 业-M 进出口公司为例,探讨了中小型外贸企业外贸代理经营的历史背景和 发展历程。运用 SWOT 分析法深入剖析了中小型外贸企业外贸代现经营现状、 经营特点、优势和劣势及其所处的宏观环境和行业环境等内、外部条件。在 此基础上选择和构建了中小型外贸企业外贸代理经营的策略,并提出实施外 贸代理经营策略的具体保障措施。 关键词:中小型外贸企业:外贸代理; M 迸出口公司:代理经营策略 11 11 Abstract ABSTRACT Great changes have taken place in foreign trade policy and economic environment both in china and the outside worlds after China joined 丁he World Trade Organization. More and more enterprises,public instructions and even signal person will engage in the foreign trade,which finally makes the 岛fiore地ign trade Cωompa川nies especially the 剖sm咀n咀al1-and小1唰-应m咀 edi阳um眩  sized ones be involved in a much sharper competition. The tradition foreign trade agency model of Small-andMedium Sized Foreign 丁rade Enterprises can not be suìtable for the requirements of foreign trade development in new situation,which keeps them to step into a worse and worse financial state and some even notωsurvive. For Small-and-Medium Sized Foreign Trade Enterprises,the most important things to be focused on urgently at present time are how to change the foreign trade agency models and to keep themselves survive and develop be仗时. Fírst in this study the author has cleared up the theoriés related to the foreign trade agency,and then set M Import Export Co.,Ltd. as an example,discussed their historical backgroug and development experience of Small-and-Medium Sized Foreign Trade Enterprises.
