I I 摘 要 摘 要 产业集群作为一种重要的经济组织形式已经得到了世界各国的认可，在很多产业链 较长的产业中，产业集群形式已经广泛被运用。通过实施产业集群可以使集群内的企业 降低交易成本，使信息、技术、人员在集群内各企业中自由流动，使企业取得规模经济 效益优势，带动周围经济的发展。汽车产业属于典型的适合采用产业集群发展的产业， 其产业链长、关联度大，对经济的拉动相应明显。世界汽车强国无一不是依靠产业集群 来推动本国汽车产业的发展，而我国的汽车产业也必须通过产业集群形式才能逐渐壮 大，因此产业集群的实施对我国汽车产业的发展具有重要的现实意义。 本文以产业集群的一些基本理论及辐射理论、点轴理论为基础，对美国的底特律、 日本的丰田城、韩国、西班牙的汽车产业集群进行介绍并从中提取出有助于中国汽车产 业集群发展的经验教训。而后对国内目前形成初级规模的东北、环渤海、长三角、中部 地区、西南、珠三角六大汽车产业集群进行了简单的介绍，进而对长江流域汽车产业集 群现状进行了重点分析，并提出了其发展过程中存在的整车企业和零部件企业大多规模 不经济、研发技术能力弱等问题。通过运用“钻石模型”和“LQ 系数”对长江流域汽车 产业进行定性和定量分析，表明长江流域汽车产业基础雄厚，凝聚着上汽集团、东风集 团、长安汽车集团等著名整车制造企业和众多的合资、民族零部件企业，产业聚集度高。 最后对长江流域汽车产业集群进一步发展提出了对整车和零部件企业进行兼并重组、零 部件进行模块化供货、民族企业进行联合研发、政府的大力支持等建议。最终把长江流 域汽车产业集群打造成为中国乃至世界最具竞争力的产业集群。 关键词 长江流域 汽车产业 产业集群 II II Abstract Abstract Industrial cluster, as an important form of economic organization, has been recognized by the countries worldwide, the form of industrial clusters has been widely used in many industries with long industrial chain. Through the industrial cluster, the enterprises can achieve the cost reduction and free flow of information, technology and personnel within the cluster, and it also enables enterprises to take advantage of scale economies to promote the economic development around. The automotive industry is an industry typically suitable for industrial clusters. The characters of long industry chain and close correlation would play the key role in boosting economic development. Almost without exception, the world automotive powers are relying on industry cluster to drive the development of the domestic automobile industry. Therefore, the industrial cluster is a must for the growth of Chinas auto industry, and the implementation of industrial clusters has far-reaching practical significance to the development of Chinas automobile industry.
