康复综合治疗仪脉冲电刺激穴位治疗产后尿潴留疗效分析 　　摘 要：目的 分析应用康复综合治疗仪脉冲电刺激穴位治疗产后尿潴留的疗效。方法 选取我院在2014年3月～2017年3月收治的60例经阴道分娩后4～6 h不能自解小便患者，随机分为实验组和参照组，每组30例。参照组采取传统诱导排尿方法治疗，实验组采取康复综合治疗仪脉冲电刺激穴位治疗结合新斯地明肌肉注射，对比两组患者的临床效果和并发症发生率。结果 实验组总有效率为96.67%，高于参照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组并发症发生率为3.33%，明显低于参照组的26.67%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对经阴道分娩后4～6 h不能自解小便患者采取康复综合治疗仪脉冲电刺激穴位治疗，提高了治疗效果，降低了并发症的发生，有效促进子宫恢复正常，值得临床上借鉴以及进一步普及。 　　关键词：康复综合治疗仪；脉冲电刺激穴位；产后尿潴留；并发症 　　中图分类号：R714.64 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.04.039 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）04-0113-02 　　Abstract：Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of pulse electric stimulation on postpartum urinary retention by comprehensive rehabilitation therapy instrument.Methods From March 2014 to March 2017，60 patients who could not defecate themselves 4～6 h after vaginal delivery were selected.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with the traditional method of induced urination，and the experimental group was treated with pulse electrical stimulation combined with neostigmine intramuscular injection.The clinical effect and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%，which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.33%.It was significantly lower than that of the control group（26.67%），the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of acupoint stimulation by pulse electric stimulation of rehabilitation comprehensive therapy instrument can improve the therapeutic effect for the patients who can not relieve their own urine 4～6 h after vaginal delivery. the incidence of complications was reduced as well as promote the recovery of normal uterus effectively，clinical reference and further popularization. 　　Key words：Comprehensive rehabilitati
