摘要
“自主、合作、探究”教学方式就是教师创造性地运用教材,以学生为主体, 诱发学生内部的学习动机,激活课堂教学活动,引导学生通过自主学习发现问题, 通过合作交流探讨问题,从而获得独特的体验与感悟,进而提高解决问题的能力, 塑造学生优秀的个性心理品质。研究的主要目的在于改革当前高校体育教育专业 田径教学过分注重接受学习的局面,把教学活动重点聚集到学生的“学”上,确 定学生在学习中的主体地位,倡导学生主动参与、合作交流、探究发现;从而促 进学生的全面发展和专业能力的培养,为学校体育输送专业技术和教学工作能力 全面的优秀人才;也为高校体育教育田径课程教学的改革提供参考和建议。本研 究以田径课程教学中的掷标枪教学为例,主要分析学生掷标枪的技术和理论成 绩、田径学习兴趣水平、学生基本教学实践能力三个方面。研究采用经典实验设 计原理,在调查、实验研究的基础上,对获得的实验数据运用统计学原理进行定 性和定量分析。根据实验要求,选取广州体育学院体育教育专业 2011 级无差别
的 2 个班,其中 1 个班各为实验班(25 人),用“自主、合作、探究”教学方式 进行教学,另 1 个班为对照班(26 人),采用传授——接受——解惑的教学方式 即进行传统教学方式进行教学,研究结果表明:
在高校体育教育专业田径课程教学中,“自主、合作、探究”教学方式与传 统教学方式相比,更能有效地提高学生掷标枪技术和理论成绩、田径学习兴趣水 平、教案的撰写能力、教学组织能力、讲解示范能力、纠正错误能力、语言表达 能力、机智应变能力等基本教学实践能力。 关键词:“自主、合作、探究”教学方式;田径教学;学习兴趣;基本教学实践 能力

ABSTRACT
Autonomy, cooperation, inquiry teaching is the teachers creative use of teaching material, take the student as the main body, induce students internal motivation, activate classroom teaching activities, guide the student through autonomous learning problems found, communication problems through cooperation, to develop unique experience and comprehension, and improve the ability to solve the problem, form the basis for solid professional qualification in shaping students good psychological quality. The main purpose of the study is to reform the current college sports education professional track and field teaching overemphasis on acceptance of the learning situation, the teaching activities mainly gathered in the students learning, determine the dominant position of students in learning, to advocate students active participation, cooperation and exchange, inquiry found; Promote the development of students and the cultivation of ability, for the delivery of university physical education talents; Provide a reference for physical education teaching in colleges and universities and the suggestion.
