初三学生心理韧性、学习动机与其学业成绩的关系研究
摘 要
初三学生正值青春期,被称为“暴风骤雨期”,身心经历着巨大变化和考验,面 临巨大升学压力,引起了心理韧性抗压机制的启动。本研究基于积极心理学的建构理 论,考察了初三学生的心理韧性、学习动机与其学业成绩的关系。研究采用青少年心 理韧性量表(RSCA)、 HYPERLINK /xlzx/xinlijiankang/List.asp?SelectID=342amp;ClassID=106amp;SpecialID 中学生学习动机量表(MSMT),对 446 名初三学生展开了调查 研究,旨在探究个体发展保护性因素的心理韧性、学习动机与初三学生个体学业成绩 的关系及其作用机制。研究结果显示:(1)性别对目标专注、情绪控制、人际协助、 个人力、支持力、和韧性自评等多个心理韧性维度影响显著,男生在个人力、目标专 注、情绪控制和韧性自评上显著高于女生,女生在支持力、人际协助上显著高于男生。 (2)初三学生学习动机总体状况良好,其中动机过强与学习目标困扰均值接近临界值; 男生、女生在动机过弱、动机过强、学习目标困扰上差异不显著,在学习兴趣困扰上 存在显著性别差异。学业成绩高低组在动机过弱、学习目标困扰上存在显著差异。(3) 目标专注、情绪控制、积极认知、家庭支持、人际协助与中考名次、月考名次呈显著 负相关,而动机过弱、学习目标困扰与中考名次、月考名次呈显著正相关。(4)学习 动机过弱、学习目标困扰、心理韧性对考试名次有显著的预测作用,动机过弱、学习 目标困扰正预测中考名次,心理韧性负预测中考名次。总而言之,本研究结果揭示了 初三学生心理韧性、学习动机与其学业成绩及应对中考的能力密切相关,为通过加强 心理辅导来帮助改善初三学生学业成绩及其应对中考的教学建议提供了心理学依据。

Research on the Relationship between Resilience, Learning Motivation and Academic Performance of Students in the Third Grade in Junior School
Abastract
Students in the third grade of junior school are currently in teenage, which is also known as the storm stage. During this period, they are experiencing great changes and challenges of both physical and mental stress, which results in building of resilience for a facility of coping with stress. Based on the construction theory of positive psychology, the present study aims to investigate the resilience, learning motivation and their possible correlations with academic performance of the third grade students in junior school. To explore the relationship and the involved mechanisms between individual academic performance and individual defensive factors including resilience and learning motivation, we use Adolescent mental resilience scale (RSCA) and middle school students learning motivation scale (MSMT) to perform research among 446 students of the third grade in junior school.
