华华中科技大学硕士学位论文 II II Abstract Scientific and technological strength is the focus of intense competition in today’s world. Independent innovation capability especially original innovation capability directly restricts the strength of a countrys science and technology. State Key Laboratory is the national team of organizing major national basic research, scientific projects and strategic high-tech research. The evolution and upgrade of State Key Laboratory’s Independent innovation capability directly restricts the level of national innovation. After 27 years of development, compared with developed countries, there is still a big gap between the overall level of basic research and the independent innovation capability of the State Key Laboratory. The opening and sharing effect of laboratory’s large instrument is not good. Efficiency is not high. The original innovation capability is not strong. The major scientific and technological achievement with great international impact and significant economic benefits is limited. International competitiveness is weak. Based on combing relevant literature domestic and foreign in this paper, Firstly, I studied the general laws of form and evolution path of independent innovation capability. Then join the organization structure factor，and get the mechanism of the organizational structure in evolution of independent innovation capability. Secondly, join innovation characteristics and organizational structure factors of State Key Laboratory, and get the mechanism of the organizational structure in evolution of independent innovation capability of State Key Laboratory. Last, a case analysis taking the State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing Equipment and Technology for example, and initially propose optimal strategies for enhancing the independent innovation capability of State Key Laboratory.
