常见抗菌药物致不良反应经济负担研究 　　[摘要] 目的 了解常见抗菌药物致不良反应给患者带来的经济负担，为合理评价、科学选择药品提供重要的科学依据，促进安全、经济用药，提高合理用药水平。方法 对河源市2014～2016年因使用抗菌药物而发生108例ADR病例进行回顾性分析。采用项目法对其进行直接经济损失测算，使用人力资本法计算疾病间接经济负担，从而估算常见抗菌药物致不良反应的经济负担。结果 108例常见抗菌药物致不良反应的直接经济负担为277 118元，其中直接费用和间接费用分别为249 771、27 347元；例均直接费用和间接费用分别为2312.69、253.21元；间接经济负担DALY损失29.20个，经济损失440 234.00元；例均经济损失4076.24元。结论 应加强抗菌药物的应用指导，加强医师对ADR进行风险性、经济性评估，提高疗效-风险比值，促进临床合理用药。 　　[关键词] 抗菌药物；不良反应；经济负担研究 　　[中图分类号] R97 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）20-174-04 　　Study on the economic burden of adverse reactions caused by common antibiotics 　　ZENG Qingwei1 LAN Xuerong2 LI Qiaohui2 CHEN Guolin2 ZHAO Qijun1 　　1.Heyuan Food and Drug Technical Advisory Service Center， Heyuan 510007， China； 2.Heyuan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital， Heyuan 510007， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the economic burden of adverse reactions caused by common antibiotics， and to provide an important scientific basis for rational evaluation and scientific selection of drugs， so as to promote safe and economic medication and improve the level of rational use of drugs.
