尿糖和尿微量白蛋白检验在糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨尿糖和尿微量白蛋白检验在糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中的价值。 方法 选取2014年9月―2015年9月来该院治疗的2型糖尿病患者68例，设为实验组。另选取68例同期入院体检正常者作为对照组，对比分析两组患者的尿糖值和尿微量白蛋白值的差异。 结果 实验组尿糖阳性率为88.23%，尿微量白蛋白阳性率为79.41%，对照组检测尿糖和尿微量白蛋白均为阴性，两组差异比较具有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组患者的平均尿糖值为（3.72±1.24）mmol/L，平均微量蛋白值为（27.36±9.82）mmol/L，对照组患者的平均尿糖值为（2.48±0.62）mmol/L，平均微量蛋白值为（17.27±7.48）mmol/L，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中，采用尿糖和尿微量白蛋白检验具有较好的检出率，能为诊断提供可靠的参考价值，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病；早期肾损伤；尿微量白蛋白 　　[中图分类号] R587 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）02（a）-0107-03 　　Urine and Urinary Albumin Test in Early Diagnosis of Renal Injury in Diabetes Value 　　LIU wei 　　Shandong dongying shengli oilfield petroleum administration bureau estuary hospitals，Dongying， Shandong Province，257000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the urine glucose and urine microalbumin test in early diagnosis of renal injury in diabetes value. Results The positive rate of urine in the experimental group was 88.23%， the positive rate of microalbuminuria was 79.41%， control group detected urine glucose and urine microalbumin were negative， the difference between the two groups has statistical significance （P0.05）. Patients in the experimental group the average glucose values （3.72±1.24） mmol/L， the average trace protein value （27.36±9.82） mmol/L，the control group average glucose values for （2.48±0.62）mmol/L，the average trace protein value （17.27±7.48）mmol/L，the difference between the two groups has statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Of the urine glucose and urine microalbumin test in diagnosis of early kidney injury of diabetes has better detection rate and can diagnosis to provide a reliable reference value， is worth the clini
