摘 要 随着国内经济的发展，物流产业飞速发展。物流市场在壮大的同时，金融海啸来袭、市场竞争日趋激烈，既给我国物流企业带来机遇，又要面临巨大的挑战。特别是在服务企业，对及时有效的配送提出了艰巨的课题。本文通过对DB物流公司的分析，提出第三方物流配送系统优化的方案，旨在提高DB物流公司的作业效率，从而提升企业的经济效益，并且让其能够在激烈的竞争市场立足，同时，也可以给同类企业乃至行业提供参考。 本文首先对物流系统进行简单介绍，并用简短的文字描述了DB物流公司的情况，对物流配送系统的优化目标和方法进行了简单的概述；其次，对DB物流公司配送系统的现状进行了分析，主要涉及了配送系统中的配送线路和网络、车辆调度、配送信息系统，以及操作人员等存在的问题；最后，采用定性和定量相结合的研究方法，对DB公司的配送系统的线路规划、车辆调度、配送信息系统、操作人员等方面提出了优化方案，提高企业运作效率，为企业在国内的扩张打下坚实的基础。 关键词：物流，配送系统，优化，节约里程法 Ⅰ注：本论文题目来源于： 自 选 。 Ⅰ Abstract Logistics industry has developed very fast with the development of the domestic economy.
